Return Policy

Fabric sold by the yard or any other product that has been altered or customized for your order is not eligible for refunds. Please contact us if you have any questions about returns on a specific item, but typically returns are not accepted.

Shipping Policy


Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Orders that involve many cuts may take an extra 1-2 days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International Shipping:  We accept international orders - if the website does not allow you to complete your order, please reach out to us so that we can investigate.

We apply a base shipping & handling cost, based on shipping rates to your country, for an "average" package.  If shipping & handling is less than we estimate we will refund the difference.  If shipping & handling is more than we estimate we will reach out to you about a shipping surcharge based on the package dimensions and destination.

You may contact us ahead of time to learn more, or if you do not, we will contact you to coordinate shipping.  If international shipping is cost prohibitive we will refund your order.

Also, we do not collect VAT/duties. You will be responsible for any imposed charges upon receipt of the package.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

Credit card data is retained only long enough to complete a transaction.  We do not store credit card information and cannot process orders with stored credit cards.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
