Soft Squares 2026 Winter Retreat Deposit - December 1-5, 2026

Come join us for this wonderful retreat!

- December 1 thru 5, 2026.
- Heber City, Utah.
- 45 minutes from the SLC airport or the Provo airport.
- We will provide shuttle service to/from airport to the retreat. No need to rent a car.
- Mr. FixIt LOVES to play travel agent, so if you need help with travel plans, reach out!

- Gift Bag, t-shirt, projects & goodies. (We will need your shirt size.)
- Additional activities outside of quilting will be available including a ride on the Heber Valley Railroad (included in price).
- Opportunity to visit and shop at the Soft Squares' Shop, with a retreat discount!
- Contests with prizes!
- Food, Fun and Friendship!

- Breakfast & dinner provided.
- Fully stocked modern kitchen with all the amenities, including gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, toaster over, coffee maker, microwave.
- Within walking distance are a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, fast-food, Walgreens, Soda shop, ice cream and more!

- Space is Limited.
- $150 deposit to reserve your spot.
- $700 balance due by October 15th.
- Limited number of sewing machines available to rent at just $75 for the whole retreat - must reserve.

- Individual adjustable height work stations with power bars.
- Plush LaZboy chairs at each sewing desk.
- Built-in design walls, large cut stations and wool pressing stations with irons.

- Walk in showers.
- Rooms are multiple occupancy, with everyone getting their own full size beds!
- All bedrooms are on the upper level, but there are nearby hotels available that are ADA accessible. Contact us for details and pricing adjustments if you choose to stay at a nearby hotel.

Info about the town:
Heber City, Utah is on the other side of the mountains from where Soft Squares is based. It is near Park City and has a lot of things going on nearby. It's a little bit of modern mixed with a lot of country wrapped into one little town, which has a lot of history and old time charm.
