This quilt was made for the fall season. It is made with two blocks that are placed on the diagonal; a leaf block and a 16-patch block. Also, there are half-16 patch blocks that are placed on the outside edge and because they are placed on the diagonal it gives an added bonus with the squares creating nice edge butting up to the inner border.
The red/orange hued featured fabric is from Bittersweet Farm by Teresa Kogut, but this quilt can be made using any fall fabric line.
This is a beginner to intermediate design.
