Bowtie Flower Quilt Pattern by Elizabeth Chappell of Quilter's Candy

This quilt was inspired by a traditional Bow Tie quilt.  I loved the intricate details of each bow tie.  I wondered if I could get a similar look without the intricate sewing.  As I played with the design, I loved the look of each bowtie forming a flower, and thus the name was born: Bowtie Flower! 

Quilt measures 64" x 64"

Fabrics needed:
Background Fabric: 3 1/8 yards
Block Fabric: 8 Fat Quarters or 16 10" x 21" strips
Cornerstones: 1/3 yard
Binding: 1/2 yard
Backing: 4 yards
